Every article published on OriGym is written by a qualified fitness professional or experienced content specialist with hands-on industry knowledge. Our authors hold qualifications including Level 3 Personal Training qualifications, Advanced Sports Nutrition certifications, and specialist credentials in yoga, spin and more, many of which were gained through OriGym’s own accredited courses.
